Human Resources Assistant
Responsibilities:
Provide clerical support to Human Resources team
Update and maintain personnel records, correspondence, forms and reports
Handle staff orientation and assist in preparing payroll or benefits administration
Requirements:
Form 5 or above
With at least 1 year working experience in sizable companies
Customer Services Officer
Responsibilities:
Deliver quality service on complaints handling
Conduct complaint investigations and prepare of necessary reports
Provide administrative support to the Customer Services Team
Requirements:
University / Post-secondary or above desired
At least 2 years’ hand-on experience in customer service or complaints handling
Pleasant and patient to handle complaints
Windows App Developer
Responsibilities:
Maintain existing Windows applications
Produce fully functional applications writing clean code
Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Windows developer
Demonstrable knowledge on Windows platform programming
In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like VB or C#
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Experience with MSSQL is a must
