Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to Human Resources team
  • Update and maintain personnel records, correspondence, forms and reports
  • Handle staff orientation and assist in preparing payroll or benefits administration

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • With at least 1 year working experience in sizable companies

Customer Services Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality service on complaints handling
  • Conduct complaint investigations and prepare of necessary reports
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Services Team
Requirements:
  • University / Post-secondary or above desired
  • At least 2 years’ hand-on experience in customer service or complaints handling
  • Pleasant and patient to handle complaints

Windows App Developer

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain existing Windows applications
  • Produce fully functional applications writing clean code
  • Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
  • Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Windows developer
  • Demonstrable knowledge on Windows platform programming
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like VB or C#
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
  • Experience with MSSQL is a must
