IT Technician

Job Description:

  • Responsible for carrying out IT technical support work and IT daily operation tasks.
  • Responsible for on-site IT support include hardware diagnostic, operating system and software installation, and IT problems troubleshooting.
  • Perform regular tasks including system health checking and maintenance.
  • Work with hardware/software vendors to resolve relevant IT problems.
  • Handle IT documentation and reporting.
  • Assist in hardware and software asset management.

Requirement:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Experience in Windows platform
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered

Paid Media Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Health check the existing data collection, and restructure the set-up on all tagging and reporting to improve the data accuracy and integrity;
  • Health check all paid media campaign set-ups. Restructure to meet the vendor’s best practice
  • Transform overall campaigns’ objective from awareness to performance driven;
  • Perform campaign planning, ads tracking and performance monitoring
  • Prepare the report and analysis for the web and app performance

Requirements:

  • Tertiary-educated
  • Minimum 1 -2 years of practical experience in digital marketing agencies
  • Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform (particularly Data Studio, Campaign Manager and Search 360), Google AdWords/Facebook Business manager
  • Knowledge in Google Analytic (GA4), Google Tag Manager is an advantage
  • Fast-learner, detail-oriented, passionate in online advertising industry
  • Good team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding on social media trends and best practices across the digital and new media sectors
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Paid Media Specialist.

Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide marketing & clerical support to Marketing team

Requirements:

  • Form 6 or above
  • With at least 2-3 years working experience in sizable companies
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to learn & responsible 
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese0
  • Proficient in PC application such as Excel, Word and Chinese word processing

Social Content Creator & Influencer

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in writing short video scripts, engage with fans, and create topics.
  • Develop captivating video content focusing on the Hong Kong property market that tailored to resonate with our Chinese audience on social media.
  • Craft high-quality videos and written content that accentuate the distinctive attributes of properties and underscore their value proposition.
  • Leverage and manage various social media platforms like Douyin, Xiaohungshu, WeChat, Weibo, and YouTube to broaden our audience reach, enhance brand visibility, and boost engagement.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in China social media, content marketing, and real estate industry news to maximize our brand’s online footprint.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to formulate and implement video content strategies that align with our brand goals and target audience.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the real estate sector and knowledge of the China market is desirable. 
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken, is crucial for effective communication with our target audience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms, content creation tools, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Skills in photography and videography, with the ability to create and edit visually appealing content.
  • Must be cheerful, have a strong desire to enrich oneself, and have good learning ability.
  • Familiarity with new media operations such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, or related experience as a self-media host is preferred.
 

Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial support to the management team
  • Responsible for the daily correspondence, handling telephone calls and filing system maintenance.
  • Word processing support to the management team.
  • Effective liaison with other department’s colleagues.
  • Perform miscellaneous assignments and handle ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, formal secretarial training is preferred.
  • 1 -2 years of relevant working experience is preferred;
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Chinese word processing skill is essential.
  • Good command of written and verbal skill in English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, diligent, responsible and reliable.
  • Good team player and able to communicate with all levels of staff
